Thanks for checking out my work! I offer abstract realism/semi-realism art.

Read below to get all the details you need to request a commission and to see if you're in the right place

Terms of Service

The most important statements are bolded for your convenienceI. SERVICE
✦ Turnaround Time is 1 - 3 weeks.
✦ Commission requests are made via the request form on Google Forms.

II. PROCESS
✦ I will email or message the client upon approval of their request.
✦ Anything can be discussed or negotiated, such as pricing, art style, or completion deadlines.
✦ Work-in-progress pictures of the commission will be regularly sent to the client for any revisions/adjustments to be made.
✦ Once the client approves of the completed commission by sending a photo or screenshot of their handwritten approval and signature, the final artwork will be delivered in full resolution via email.

III. REVISIONS
✦ The commission request cannot be changed upon agreement and payment.
✦ A maximum of 5 revisions are given during the sketch phase, free of charge.
✦ A maximum of 3 revisions are given after the approved sketch, resulting in fees proportional to the additional workload.
✦ No revisions will be made once the commission is accepted by the client as complete.

IV. PAYMENT
✦ Payments are made via PayPal Invoice in USD.
✦ Most commissions must be paid in full up front.
✦ If the final price is above $100, I accept payment in installments.
✦ I reserve the right to tweak price quotes based on the complexity of your commission request.
✦ Payment must be made for me to begin the commissioned artwork.

V. CANCELLATION + REFUND
✦ The client has the right to cancel the commission at any time.
✦ No refunds will be issued after the approved sketch.
✦ I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time, resulting in a full refund to the client.

VI. USAGE + RIGHTS
✦ All commissioned artwork is for personal use only and cannot be resold, used for commercial purposes, minted as NFTs, or used to train AI.
✦ The client cannot remove my signature nor alter the commissioned artwork to claim it as their own creation.
✦ I must be credited if the commissioned artwork is displayed online or for the public eye.
✦ I partially reserve the right to include the commissioned artwork in my portfolio or on my social media, unless the client explicitly states not to.

Painterly

• $35

Semi-Abstract
Messy and rougher version of any composition
+ Simple/Graphic Background

Portrait

• $50

Abstract Realism
Depicting a character from above the hips
+ Simple Background

Figure

• $70

Abstract (Semi) Realism
Depicting a full figure character, or a dynamic posing character
+ Simple/Graphic Background

Illustration

• $100 - 200

Mix
Depicting a semi-realistic character in a rendered environment, or a scene
+ Environmental Background

Additional Character

• +70% each

An extra character who is clearly visible in the frame with the main subject. Silhouettes or humanoid shapes do not count.
Maximum number of characters: 5

Other Entities

• up to +50%

This category acts as a complexity fee. Props, dolls, ghosts, creatures, animals, etc.
Silhouettes or tiny depictions that are too small to notice do not count.

Revisions

• up to +5%

Significant and time-consuming changes to the artwork that can be requested each time I show a WIP. Small changes, such as color change, do not count.During the sketch phase, requested major changes are free of charge.
Maximum sketch revisions: 5After the approved sketch, the requested major changes cost up to +5% of the original price relative to the workload.
Maximum WIP revisions: 3

Please stick to your preferred method of contact, as it'll be easier for both of us :] You may submit another commission request if your first one got cancelled or denied, unless the queue is already full.
