Read below to get all the details you need to request a commission and to see if you're in the right place
Terms of Service
The most important statements are bolded for your convenienceI. SERVICE
✦ Turnaround Time is 10-30 days from the day of approval, not request.
✦ Rush orders that require me to complete the commission within 2-7 days will have a maximum of a +50% fee.
✦ Without a stated deadline, the process may be slower.
✦ Commission requests are made via the request form on Google Forms.

II. PROCESS
✦ I will email or message the client upon approval of their request.
✦ Anything can be discussed or negotiated, such as pricing, art style, or completion deadlines.
✦ I will make a sketch based on the initial request and quote the final price upon mutual agreement.
✦ I will send the contract for the client to sign, along with the invoice.
✦ Work-in-progress pictures of the commission will be regularly sent to the client for any revisions/adjustments to be made.
✦ Once the client approves of the completed commission by signing the final section of the contract, the final artwork(s) will be delivered in full resolution with details via email.
III. REVISIONS
✦ The commission request cannot be changed upon agreement and payment.
✦ A maximum of 3 major revisions is given after the approved sketch, resulting in a maximum of a +5% fee.
✦ No revisions will be made once the client accepts the commission as complete.
IV. PAYMENT
✦ Payments are made via Artistree PayPal Invoice in USD.
✦ Payment must be made once the sketch is approved.
✦ If the final price is above $100, I accept payment in installments.
✦ I reserve the right to tweak price quotes based on the complexity of the client's commission request.
V. CANCELLATION + REFUND
✦ The client has the right to cancel the commission at any time.
✦ No refunds will be issued after the approved sketch.
✦ I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time, resulting in a full refund to the client.
VI. USAGE + RIGHTS
✦ All commissioned artwork is for personal use only, meaning it cannot be resold, used for commercial purposes, minted as NFTs, or used to train AI.
✦ The client cannot remove my signature nor alter the commissioned artwork to claim it as their own creation.
✦ I must be credited if the commissioned artwork is displayed online to the public eye.
✦ I partially reserve the right to include the commissioned artwork in my portfolio or on my social media, unless the client explicitly states not to.

I will look over your request and message you with my approval or notice of waitlist. You can send me reference images then. Please stick to your preferred method of contact! You may submit another commission request if your first one got canceled or denied, unless the queue is already full. FAQs
Can I submit multiple requests?
Yes, you can submit multiple requests only after I respond to the first request! Though it may take a long time before I get to the other requests, and they will be put on waitlist.
Why hasn’t N/A sent a WIP in a while?
Burnout or the lack of a deadline affects my workflow. It depends on my schedule and how much time I have to focus on each commission. On rare occasions, I can complete an illustration within a couple of days or in one sitting, so the times I send updates vary a lot unless there is a deadline!
How long does it take to get a response to my request?
I will likely respond to your request very quickly and ask for references, though it is not guaranteed that I will get concept sketches immediately after. Without explicitly asking me to start as soon as possible, it may take several weeks before I get back to you with a concept sketch. Don’t feel ignored! The turnaround time does not include the time from when you submit a request form to when you approve the concept sketch. Instead, the TAT starts once you approve the sketch and make a payment.
Where can I tip?
I won’t be accepting direct tips through the invoices, though you can still tip through my Ko-Fi page if you wish. I do not expect tips whatsoever, but I greatly appreciate them!
